You can pick up the car or have it delivered. Delivery and return within 15 miles of our office are $60 each, which can make it simple to start the evening from your hotel. Plan for an afternoon pickup so you have time to get comfortable with the car before dark.

Parking Tips

Choose well-lit garages or valet in Uptown and South End. Exotic cars sit low, so take garage ramps and speed bumps slowly. Avoid gravel lots, since unpaved surfaces are not allowed. Keep valuables out of sight and take your key with you.

Getting Home Safely

If you plan to drink, do not drive. Return the car before the night starts, use a rideshare, or book our chauffeured Black Service so a professional driver handles the evening. Black Service is also a great choice for larger groups that want a polished arrival without anyone needing to drive.

Requirements to Know Before You Book

Drivers must be 21 or older (25 or older for certain vehicles) with a valid license and full-coverage insurance in the same name, active until at least 7 days after the return.

The deposit is held from 1 day before until 7 days after the rental, and you need $5,000 available. Paying by debit card means a cash deposit.

One additional driver is allowed if named on the contract and signed. This helps if a friend wants to share the driving.

Smoking forfeits the entire deposit, and the cleaning fee is at least $60, so keep food and drinks under control.

Late returns cost $50 per 30 minutes, so plan your return time realistically after a late night.

Tips for a Great Charlotte Night Out

Book early for big weekends. Game days, concerts and holiday weekends bring extra crowds to Uptown.

Plan your photos. Take pictures with the car before dinner while the light is good and the streets are calmer.
