Royal Rentals Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest:
- Guests must cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Vehicle Availability:
- In the rare event that the vehicle you booked is unavailable, Royal Rentals will offer you the choice of an alternative vehicle, if available.
- If no suitable alternative is available, you will receive a full refund of your booking payment.

3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation or confirmation of vehicle unavailability.
