Vehicle must not be driven outside of 200 mile radius from pick up location zipcode. Customer is allowed 75-120 miles per day depending on the vehicle.

By signing here you agree to all details and terms in this page and in the subsequent pages of this multi-page rental contract. You signatures confirms that you agree to be responsible for the rented vehicle until it is returned to Royal Rentals. Your signature authorizes us to process your credit/debit card in your name for all rental charges due.

The information in this page is an extension of the rental contract you are signing for your car rental through Turo or Direct Rental from our website. These are Royal Line Group’s terms for all vehicles and rentals (through Turo or Direct). These terms apply to the customer and the additional driver and both of you must agree to these terms. By agreeing to these terms, YOU
ARE ACKNOWLEDGING ALL OF THESE TERMS.

Age limits and requirements

1. You are at least 21 years old (or at least 25 years old to rent certain vehicles).
2. Only one additional person other than you is allowed to drive the rental car and his/her details must be mentioned in the contract and he/she must sign and put initials on the contract. There is NO ADDITIONAL DRIVER allowed to drive this vehicle other than the person/people who sign this contract. You understand that you will be fully responsible for the damages or cost of the vehicle if someone else causes damages while it is in the rental period under your name.

Driver License and Insurance

3. You have a valid active driver license.
4. You must show an an active Full coverage car insurance policy matching your name on the driver license before car pickup and your insurance expiry date must be at least 7 days after the rental car is returned.
5. In the event of an accident, you are aware that your insurance company is 100% responsible for the damages, loss of use or total loss. If your insurance company does not pay for the vehicle within 30 days of the loss of vehicle, you are responsible for the amount of damages or total value of the vehicle as well as the daily rental rate of the vehicle rented.
6. You agree that you will not give us fake/incomplete information on credit cards, driver license or insurance.

Prohibited use
7. YOU AGREE THAT :

YOU WILL NOT TAKE THE CAR TO TRACK.
YOU WILL NOT USE THE CAR FOR SPEEDING TESTS, RACE RELATED ACTIVITIES OR DEMONSTRATIONS. YOU WILL NOT SPEED ABOVE 100MPH ON THIS CAR.
YOU WILL NOT TAKE THE CAR TO ANY KIND OF MECHANIC.
YOU WILL NOT DO REPAIR WORK/ACCESS INTERNAL PARTS OF THE CAR.
YOU WILL NOT DRIVE WITHOUT YOUR DRIVING LICENSE.
YOU WILL NOT USE THE CAR FOR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE OR ACTIVITY.
YOU WILL NOT TRANSPORT PEOPLE FOR MONEY OR TO PROFIT YOURSELF.
YOU WILL NOT USE THE CAR FOR TOWING OR PUSHING/PULLING ANY HEAVY OBJECTS.
YOU WILL NOT USE THE CAR FOR EDUCATING SOMEONE ON HOW TO DRIVE.
YOU WILL NOT DRIVE THE CAR ON UNPAVED SURFACES.

In case of violation of those prohibited restrictions, we reserve the right to terminate the lease of your agreement and to legally return the vehicle to our company, and you will be at risk of losing their entire security deposit and you may also pay additional charges.

Security Deposit and Card Payments

8. You allow us to hold security deposit on your account from 1 day prior to your rental period and until 7 days after your rental period and any excess charges you must pay will be deducted from the security deposit.
9. You agree that you have at least $5,000 in your credit card limit/bank account.
10. If you pay with Debit Card, you have to provide cash for Security Deposit.

11. If you pay with Cash, you have to give us cash for rental cost and Security Deposit.

Cleaning, GPS and Fuel

12. Car must be returned clean inside out so that it looks the same way as when it was delivered to you or a cleaning fee of at least $60 fee (upto a maximum of $350) will be charged additionally.
13. Cleaning must be done without damage to the GPS system, Leather seats or anywhere in/on the vehicle or charges may be levied in excess of the deposit.
14. Vehicle must be hand washed or brushless washed only. If you cannot clean it yourself, you may prepay us so that we clean the vehicle after you return it.

15. The vehicle is to be filled only with gasoline (petrol) of 91 octane or higher. Any other fuel or gasoline with lower octane level put in the vehicle can cause damage that you will be responsible for.
16. All vehicles are equipped with GPS and you agree to give us your consent to know your location at any given time during the rental period.

Charges

17. You are responsible for 100% of all tolls, parking, moving violations or tickets and must pay all applied fees, fines, payment of towing, or other costs for road violation. 18. If the vehicle is not returned by the agreed return time, you will incur $50 for every 30 minutes after the return time.
19. If the vehicle is not returned at the return location, there will be an additional retrieval fee of $50 + $5 per mile where the number of miles is the distance between the return location and the location where vehicle was left.

20. Miles driven can be no more than 120 miles per day.
21. You will be charged either 50 cents or $1 for every additional mile driven, depending on the vehicle.
22. You will not drive the car outside 200 mile radius from pick up location zip code.
23. There is a $60 delivery and $60 return fee if you would like the car to be delivered or returned to a location other than at our office (within 15 mile radius ) and up to full deposit for range beyond 15 miles.
24. Car must be returned with same amount of fuel or more. Else you pay $20 plus cost of difference in the fuel level for 91 octane gas.

No Smoking

25. IF THERE IS SMOKING OF ANY SORT IN THE VEHICLE, THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.

Pickup/Delivery and Return

26. If you pick up the car at our office or elsewhere when our staff is not present or during outside office hours, then you agree to accept the information we put in the system for Odometer reading, Fuel level and existing vehicle damages without having to sign and review.
27. If you return the vehicle at our office or elsewhere when our staff is not present or during outside office hours, then you agree to accept the information we put in the system for Vehicle damages, cleanliness of the vehicle, Odometer reading, Fuel level and other information on the car upon return, when ever our staff collects the vehicle at a later stage and collects this information.

Refunds
28. We do not offer refunds on car rentals and gift certificates.
29. We cannot provide you with the refund or change of the date of the lease during unexpected weather conditions.

You accept all the above information which are the terms of this rental agreement and agree to be responsible for the car you are renting until it is returned to Royal Rentals
