Scottsdale Bachelorette Party Car Rental: How to Plan the Rides for the Whole Weekend

Lamborghini Urus from the Royal Rentals Scottsdale fleet parked and ready for a bachelorette weekend in Scottsdale

Scottsdale has become one of the most popular bachelorette destinations in the country, and it is easy to see why: pool days, desert scenery, great restaurants and an Old Town nightlife scene that is made for a group. The part that often gets planned last is transportation, and it is the part that shapes how smooth the weekend feels. This guide walks through how to plan the rides for a Scottsdale bachelorette, which vehicles in our fleet fit each moment, and what the maid of honor needs to have ready before booking.

Start With the Weekend Plan, Then Pick the Vehicles

Most bachelorette weekends follow a similar rhythm: arrivals, a first-night dinner, a pool or spa day, a big night out, a brunch and departures. Each part has different needs. Arrivals need space for luggage. The big night needs everyone together and nobody behind the wheel. The photo moments need a car that looks the part. Instead of booking one vehicle for everything, think about which part of the weekend each ride is for.

The Best Vehicles for a Scottsdale Bachelorette

Luxury Mercedes Sprinter Van: The Group Ride

For the big night out, our Luxury Mercedes Sprinter Van is the centerpiece. It has a matte black exterior and a white diamond-quilted cabin with captain chairs, club seating, a bar and entertainment. It can be booked self-drive or with a driver for up to 8 hours, and the driver option is the one most bachelorette groups want, because it keeps the whole party together and takes driving off everyone's plate. Current rates are on the van's product page.

Lamborghini Urus or Ferrari 488: The Photo Moment

Every bachelorette weekend has a moment that ends up on everyone's feed. The Lamborghini Urus works well here because it has four seats and still looks unmistakably exotic. If the bride wants a true convertible supercar moment, the Ferrari 488 Spider is a two-seater, so it suits a bride and her maid of honor for a drive or a photo stop rather than the whole group.

Escalade or Navigator: Arrivals and Daytime Errands

For airport pickups, grocery runs to the rental home and getting to the pool club, a full-size SUV is the practical choice. The Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury and the Lincoln Navigator in our Scottsdale fleet both have three rows and room for bags, and they still look polished at a resort entrance.

Sample Weekend Ride Plan

Friday: one of the group members picks up a full-size SUV for airport arrivals and a stop at the rental home, or arrange delivery to the house.

Saturday afternoon: the bride and maid of honor take the Urus or Ferrari for a drive and photos while the rest of the group gets ready.

Saturday night: the Sprinter van with a driver handles dinner in Old Town, the lounge and the ride home.

Sunday: the SUV covers brunch and the airport drop-off.

You do not need every vehicle on this list. Many groups book just the Sprinter for the big night, or one exotic for the bride. Use the plan as a menu, not a checklist.

What the Organizer Needs Before Booking

Driver Requirements

For self-drive vehicles, every driver must be at least 21, or 25 for certain vehicles, and needs a valid license and full-coverage insurance in the same name that stays active until at least 7 days after the return. Only one additional driver is allowed, and they must be named on the contract and sign it. For a group weekend, decide in advance who will actually drive each car.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is held from 1 day before until 7 days after the rental, and the renter needs $5,000 available on their card or account. If you pay with a debit card, the deposit is provided in cash. If the group is splitting costs, plan for the deposit to sit on one person's card. Our terms and conditions page lists every requirement.

Rules That Matter for a Party Weekend

Smoking of any sort forfeits the entire deposit, so make that clear to the group before anyone gets in. Vehicles should come back clean inside and out to avoid a cleaning fee of at least $60. Late returns cost $50 for every 30 minutes, which matters on a Sunday when flights and checkout times stack up. Self-drive cars use 91 octane or higher fuel and should come back with the same fuel level or more.

Timing and Cancellations

Scottsdale is busy during peak months, so book as soon as your dates are set. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund, and cancellations inside 24 hours do not. There are no refunds or date changes for unexpected weather. The details are on our cancellation policy page.

Delivery to Your Rental Home or Resort

Many bachelorette groups stay in a rental home or resort rather than near our office. Delivery and return within 15 miles of the office cost $60 each. Add the address on the Book Now form so we can confirm it. You can browse everything available on our Scottsdale rentals page.
